The staff were very cute and ready to help. It is close to the beach and night markets. I can see why it's a popular stay. Also a 7 ELEVEN in front is amazingly convenient.
The hotel was stylish and well presented. The rooms were comfortable and the bed WAS HUGE. It's a bit of a lottery with the rooms though. Our room had a terrace at ground floor but the view WAS of a service road and brick wall.

Great Location, AMAZING Breakfast!!!

The hotel's design created an oasis of peace. Rooms were spacious with a comfy bed. The swimming pool was the hotel's main feature. Frangipani trees surrounded it. Breakfast was good, but it could improve. The location was good. I walked 10 minutes to the beach and was close to restaurants and shops.
I was asked for a cash security deposit of 3,000 baht. So, be prepared for unexpected expenses.

the location was acceptable, central to several amenities like bars, restaurants, the beach, and shops.
My room was not ready at the stated check-in time of 3 pm. I could not access it until 4:45 pm. I waited outside. communication was difficult as the staff had limited english proficiency. It was hard to make myself understood.

The cleaning staff maintained excellent hygiene. Rita always kept our room clean. The internet was quick and reliable. Everything felt new and well maintained.
The hotel asked for a cash deposit at check-in instead of using a credit card.

i found the staff very attentive. The hotel provides a shuttle to the beach every two hours. I also appreciated that a convenience store and an atm are conveniently located just outside the hotel entrance. They offer luggage services, including scales and foil wrapping for your bags.
I experienced a delayed check-in. It took 45 minutes to get to my room after the official check-in time. the hotel requested the security deposit in cash. This was an inconvenience i wasn't prepared for.
